(And so the experiment in regular Tumblr cross-posting begins. I'm not going to lie; I'm pretty excited. I hope it works out!)

maybethings tagged me in a first lines meme, which as far as I can tell is posting 10 first lines from things I've written. Without context, have some first lines:

Thoughts on the new online life

Now that I'm not figuring out how the practicalities of DW/LJ/Tumblr cross-posting will work, I figure it's time to talk about the theory, and my thoughts on how this whole mess went down.
