I think I want one. We almost have enough ancient books here to do it, too. If only I had a place to put it.

"Salvage"

It's done; the last chapter is up. I'm not completely happy with this chapter (I don't think it's bad, I'm just vaguely dissatisfied with it), but it's been finished, in basically this form, for days, and all I've been able to do is poke at it, not make any real improvements. So time to declare it complete and post.

That aside, I liked writing this. It was a nice change from AGL; not epic or sweeping, the main character neither difficult nor complex. Just a few moments in the life of Paine. And it was an interesting challenge to view her through another person's eyes for a little while.

Now, what next? Hmm.
